Ingredients & tools

The quick and easy 10x Developer Power Breakfast requires the following list of ingredients & tools:

  • 200ml of milk or an alternative such as almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of xylitol
  • 5 ice cubes (optional)
  • 2 slices of sandwich bread
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 multivitamin pill
  • A tablespoon
  • A small blender
  • Something to toast the bread with; ideally an induction stove and a sandwich iron


  1. Preheat the sandwich iron over medium heat.
  2. In the meantime, get the two slices of cheese and put them between the two slices of bread.
  3. Place the sandwich into the sandwich iron and close it.
  4. Combine the milk, whey protein powder, cocoa powder, and xylitol in the blender.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. If you like your shake cold, add the ice cubes and blend again.
  7. After around 2 minutes, turn the sandwich iron to check if the bread is golden brown. If so, continue with toasting the other side of the sandwich.
  8. Once both sides are done, cut the sandwich in half.
  9. Eat the sandwich alongside the cocoa whey protein shake.
